Sam is an animist, seer and writer and has studied ancestral wisdom from the British Isles.
I was keen to learn about rituals, and as you can see from our chat today, we branched off into many different directions, and I came away inspired, uplifted and eyes wide open.
One of the things that touched my heart was the simple practice of lighting a tea light and just focused on breathe can help with anxiety.
For a very long time I have been interested in British Animism, and today I remembered and learnt so much, thankyou Sam.
