I believe the best part that took the win was the question at the end I asked,which I never had done previously befofe,..."how is a person who is in said positions success measured?" How did you prepare to communicate this? What methods did you use? (i.e. presentations, white papers, emails, visuals etc.) How did your initial approach work? What sort of questions did you get immediately? What confusion did you have to clear up later? What other methods did you use as time went on? What did you learn from this experience? 2. Tell me about a time when you were under a great deal of stress. a. How did you maintain your productivity? What sort of changes did you notice from your more typical results or level of work output? What did you do to release pressure and remain in balance? Is that a typical approach for you? What would you do now if you could go back to that time?

Hi Richard, would you be able to answer the question for how did you manage safety when you are working under pressure? My answer was to use the required/recommended PPEs for the Job, know the safety procedures required, situational awareness, pay attention to keep the area tidy, basically not compromise safety steps. I had an interview a few days ago and I felt so good about how I answered most of the questions thanks to your videos. However there was one particular question that I really stumbled on. The question "What motivates you?" I automatically went to wjat motivates me in life instead of professionally and I didn't answer to the best of my ability. I think i get what you meant in q.14 where the manager sacked the team member due to him making really little progress. I'm sure he didn't leave by his own choice. Sadly, once it happened to me. So being slow and making little progress means only 1 thing: Dismissal.
