Hi, its good tutorial overall but in my opinion you need to be more specific sometimes when your doing something new. For example how you figured out you need to inherit mail.thread. Thank you

you mean something like AI ? by default there is a set of questions and odoo bot is responding based on that, it will be possible to inherit those mechanism and add more questions and response for it

it depends on the screen size, if you need it in fixed position always, there are modules in odoo apps store for this

it's happen to me too. depends of odoo mates reply on this comment, it's seems happen because of web_responsive modules that I install on my db when I learn from this playlist video #10 ( 8. How to Set Icon for Menu in Odoo). The problem is solve when I uninstall the modules.
