Que: A 4- pole wave wound DC armature has a bore diameter of 0.7m . it has 520 conductor and the ratio of pole arc to pole pitch is 0.62. The armature is running at 720 rpm and flux density in the air gap is 1.1t . calculate the emf generated in the armature if the effective length at the armature conductor is 0.2 m. Sir in this q flux per pole is given =0.02wb and p is 4 so flux = 0.08 u take 0.02 in soln
