Try bear 650 rear rim 17 inch when available.

Would've considered but bear 650 comes with a tube setup. The rear wheel is more vulnerable to puncture than the front so I'm looking for a tubeless setup and if that doesn't work I'll be going for the alloy wheel from meteor 350

You could use rims as long as the sizes are fine. In this setup Himalayan 411 rear rim has been used for my GT's front 17 inch conversion setup.
