I've been having a ton of fun messing around as arc hunter with subjunctive subsistence/voltshot and just running around blowing groups of ads up. Not the most viable in higher stuff, but it sure has been fun as heck.

As long as forebearance has dropped for you once, it’s easy to farm that first Vow chest. If you have deepsite harmonizers, you can craft it if you’re patient. But you’ll need some of that raid weapon crafting material, so you may actually need to farm some other free raid weapon chests. Plus, if you’re a newer player, you should be farming for spoils anyway for the old raid exotics from the kiosk.

The only reason to ever use supercluster over heritage is for surrounded. You failed to mention the fact that supercluster will do -15% damage intrinsically since it is strand, meaning that a heritage with recombination or focused fury will beat it out in almost every situation.

I think it's put up here due to it being so much more accessible for the average player. Heritage is much better in many situations, but I think many people would much rather settle for the next best. Good to know info though :)

@@asappycapy69420 The Vanguard slug, Fortissimo, that can get Fourth Times The Charm and Surrounded. It's not enhanced so it's 40% instead of 47%, but it is Kinetic so thats +15% which puts it over Supercluster. I don't particularly know why Supercluster was called best in slot here. Thats a title with a lot of weight, and very far from true in this case. The *only* niche Supercluster has is being the only Cascade Point slug, which is one of those perks that constantly have potential to be great but just has yet to see the "meta spotlight"

I have to disagree hard on the bloodline thing honestly, atleast for invis hunters. Keeping devour and invis is not really hard to do with gyrfalcon or omni so the only benefit would be the weaken and you give up having a void primary aswell as any number of better exotic weapons, like witherhoard, quicksilver,le monarq, graviton lance, dragons breath, sunshot etc etc

Yeah, here I am crying about it in the comments like he said. Getting devour is braindead easy on any void subclass: just pop on the fragment and pick up any orb of power. Done. No exotic slot necessary. The main draw with that gun is being able to get devour on non-void subclasses, like stasis or maybe strand which (other than strand titan) don't generally have that easy a way of regenerating health. That is really interesting and cool but he just never mentioned that possibility for some reason, instead focusing on the LEAST useful applications of this gun (voidlock, seriously? that subclass has TWO means of proccing devour already dude).

Supercluster does not replace heritage. Heritage is kinetic, therefore does 15% more damage than supercluster at base. This is the same damage bonus as vorpal weapon. Slugs are not that powerful outside of limited, high precision multiplier enemies such as the first last wish boss. You're even better off with a frenzy/autoloading ragnhild or something along those lines. The only perk worth looking at on supercluster is enhanced surrounded, but this is still only worth using if you REALLY value the ease of obtaining a craftable weapon. The fortissimo from vanguard also has surrounded if you really want a surrounded slug, and is also a kinetic weapon, making it by default far more powerful than supercluster, being a strand weapon. It is serviceable, sure, maybe, but it's insane to call it a chase of the season. The most legitimate reason I see to pick up supercluster is to be used during lower level content for fun, or for strand surge higher end content. Note: Fortissimo's origin trait is entirely negligible in pve (it's suros synergy lmao) and dragon's vengeance on supercluster has a greater benefit. However, Heritage still has the DSC origin trait which gives you free passive ability regen for just doing damage.

If it were me i'd mention Zaouli's bane or Epochal integration because hand canons are pretty nutty lately. Scatter signal + Zaouli's bane + dragons breath + solar build = easy mode

Seriously!!! I've been messing around with a Slice x Controlled Burst Scatter I'm on the fence about it atm. The Overflow Roll just pumps out BEEFY Damage but set-up right? The Slice Roll lowers enemy output whilst upping yours. With the Strand & Solar Mods from the Artifact Crafted Zaouli's pairs perfectly with it too. It mows through trash & anything bigger you have Scatter or Dragons Breath. I must say though, I'm really enjoying the Wish-Keeper paired with Zaouli's & an Incandescent x Bipod Apex (Bait & Switch would be better but haven't got it crafted yet! Slacking on LW runs 😄)

Lol at using Forbearance footage over the Undercurrent section, because Undercurrent isn’t nearly as good. I got the Voltshot roll, it’s garbage because it only jolts the initial enemy hit by the wave, and that enemy won’t even do the Jolt aoe until it takes more damage. I haven’t been as disappointed in a weapon in a very long time

Focusing costs are so outrageous now, good luck getting any playlist weapon with the roll you want. The perk pools are so big combined with triple focusing costs, it’s almost impossible to get a good roll now.

I don't know about you but I've gotten an insane amount of engrams to the point where focusing costs are negligible. I burnt 28 Wish Engrams trying to get a Subjunctive, and I'm probably back up to that right now.

Appentence with demo + killing tally on a osimiancy glove warlock. slaps. the reload from demo doesn't reset the killing tally and kills with it allows you to freeze more stuff. 2 charges of grenades always allows you to reload it. I love it so much i actually put down my ager's scepter.

Yeah all the eyes count for surrounded but you how to pretty much be in its face which isnt viable without a well. Look at the left of the screen, 3 buffs and it still doesnt show surrounded from that distance

Bloodline is a must have for almost any build. Add it to any build and while it may not be the best possible exotic for that build, it is a strong contender, unlimited heals and weaken and grenade energy? All for special ammo? Sign me up.

As a solo player with no D2-playing friends, this video makes me want to find a dedicated fireteam to play and learn raids. The best weapons are locked behind raids. I just can't convince myself to run raids 50 times or more, just to get something that won't benefit me IRL. Bungie's RNG is little better than (rigged) legalized gambling. Lol

However, I've never been contacted by any clan member about running a raid or dungeon. I suspect that, like other clans I've been in, my current clanmates have people who they regularly play with. The problem I have with running raids - besides them being too long, the objectives mechanics being too convoluted and silly, and the RNG being too stringent, lol - is that people seeking teams on LFG/FF often want players who 'kwtd'". But I learn by doing, not just by watching YT videos. Unfortunately, far too few D2 players are patient enough to teach or give others the chance to learn. They're far too quick to ridicule and kick players trying to learn the raid. Playing raids definitely brings out the cult-like qualities of D2. 😄 But if it's possible, I'll look you up, and we can play together. 🍻

I mean hey, I did caretaker for the first time, got my first forbearance to drop and it had ambitious, chain. U can get 3 in the clip without enhanced perks, so unless you want the satisfaction of crafting it, grinding for the weapon just for the perks is way more worth it than doing gms for undercurrent
