17- python application (gui) create multi tables with pandastable and tkinter 1

hello ,i want to learn how to manipulate the data inside , like once u insert the values how to use that dataframe ,get it to use it in another function or something or thank you

well you can use the applymap method in pandas asume df is your data frame . and you want to do something with valuse so, you write a function called for instance dosmthing() then, you apply this function for your data frame by : newdf=df.applymap(dosmthing)

​@@AllAbouTheUniverse so say when i click on a tk.button i want to store that df in a variable after filling it(in GUI ) so i do the command on that button =dosomethin and i use the df.applymap? ,cause i want to make a GUI for the Simplex Algorithm so i use numpy and panda/pandastable

@@daotainvasion With applymap you can manipulate your data frame . I dont know what you wanna save with onclick button . but as you know there is a method on the button (called command) inwhich we can do somthing after clicking . so, if you want to save data ( doesnt matter what are those data ) you can just simply writhe a function and call it on command method inside button . as I said appymap is a method in pandas to manipulate dataframe . so if you want to change and dosomething inside your data frame with your data you can use it and for ifyou can send me your question if via my email and I will replay mate [e-mail]

Is it possible to insert / Update multiple data in database using this table ??
