I’ve had 3 home births, 4 natural births and I think the majority of having a natural birth is being mentally prepared. Know what happens in childbirth and what to expect as much as possible. That eliminates fear of the unknown. We took Bradley method classes and that really helped my husband and I work as a team. My other go-to resource is supernatural childbirth. It’s a book about God’s promises and verses/prayers for pregnancy/childbirth. It’s also great for women who are trying to conceive. Congrats on your new baby boy!

I have had two natural unmedicated birds. I have done Word for Word almost everything that you talked about in this video. I never took a Hypno birthing class, and I never did the miles circuit, however everything else was spot on. I’m currently 5 1/2 months pregnant with my third, and I’m already preparing my body for labor again. I’m drinking red raspberry leaf tea exactly the same way that you did, I have started using my birth bar frequently, I walk all the time. I squat every single day, and do a lot of exercising. When I get a little closer to the end, I will be taking a couple of birth aids, like the evening primrose oil, and the gentle birth formula. I’ve been so blessed to have two natural births, and I’m so excited to do it again. Birth is such a blessing, we were made to birth ❤️🤍

I remember when the fear set in...a couple weeks before I had my son, I was crying and told my Mom that I "changed my mind" and didn't want do it anymore. She got a good laugh out of that. I was very lucky with my only pregnancy...it was fairly uneventful, an eight hour labor, he stayed with me the whole time in the hospital-no nursery-and we were back home in a little over 24 hours. Also, I knew the exact date I got pregnant and that's what they used to determine my due date...he was born on his due date.👶💙

Who else is here pregnant with their first? :D I am considering a natural birth. I've heard horror stories about the epidural and pretty much any medical stuff scares the crap out of me. If I can avoid being cut open, have a massive needle in my back etc etc then I think I'll be okay lol
@thekolomins10 Жыл бұрын
Not my first, but I decided to try the epidural with my second pregnancy after my first which was a completely natural birth. The epidural really slowed healing and caused new issues for me. And the worst part is that it failed in the moment. Third time around now I definitely understand women were truly made for this. We have all the resources available to be prepared. You’ll definitely be okay! ❤ much love and blessings

@elizabethskye62562 жыл бұрын
Your midwife is right but I think this creator said she gradually increased her consumption over her pregnancy. The issue with drinking too much too soon is it can cause the placenta to become unattached from the uterus and cause contractions, to my knowledge. It’s whatever you and your care provider/midwife think is best.
@sitcomchristian6886 Жыл бұрын
I drank RRL for the whole pregnancy, including pre-baby. No problems. Some people are concerned it could cause contractions, but that's not what the herb does. I would try a little bit and see how your body responds. No worries :)

@@monicayasmin896 I am sure most mothers will try anything towards the end of their pregnancy to help bring on labour, I know I for sure did. All I have done is just commented what my individual experience was and what I was told by a very seasoned health professional, regarding one method that can aid. Everyone’s beliefs and practices are different based on where and how they live. Anyone who has common sense should be able to partake and gather up their own research and come to their own conclusions, for anything they wish to do, not just methods to help with labour. I would talk to your doctor or midwife before taking the Gentle Birth. It is not approved by the FDA and some of the ingredients are known for causing major birth defects, issues with the baby’s heart, and increased blood pressure in the mother.
@sitcomchristian6886 Жыл бұрын
Just get the version without the blue cohosh. Done. The FDA is super corrupt anyways. The studies are not causal, btw. Given the amount of babies born using this herb, without any problems, it seems anecdotally unlikely.
@happyhomemaker844 Жыл бұрын
I worry about this too. I read that red raspberry leaf tea could cause contractions too early, so it's not recommended to take it until the 3rd trimester.

The company that makes the tincture said they've never received a complaint about adverse effects in the decades they've been making it. There isn't enough of each herb in the tincture to cause harm. If you have blood pressure issues, they made a blend without blue cohosh. Simple.

Please put a disclaimer to always talk to your provider before taking anything you suggest. Giving medical advice like this can be very harmful. Most homeopathic and natural supplements and remedies do not have significant studies during pregnancy and therefore can't be deemed safe or not safe.
