At face-value, I'm impressed with his application of his physical abilities and positional awareness. Would like to see his in possession work more and 1v1 defending scenarios. Don't expect him to immediately push out the clowns we have at fullback currently, but it has potential to be a shrewd, long-term signing. Refreshing for me to be scouting a player this way. Look forward to his integration at United.

Over the years United scouting network recommended such talents to the hierarchy but ofcourse it was led by non football people more so Edwoodward nd glazer nd they did not make moves.. Imagine th players Rangnick recommended at the time very cheap are all at top clubs nd they only gave him Collyer (yes he is a high volume defensive midfielder nd one for the future) Solskjear had chance to get Caicedo. Van Dijk while at Southampton told a teammate that United had chosen Lindelof ahead of him . The scouts had recommended van Dijk..man the list is too long
