I turn 17 in two days, and I'm not ready for it. Truthfully I didn't think I'd be here right now. Typing this out in my blacked out room, tears building up in my eyes. Teenage heartbreak is gonna be the death of me, it almost has been. But I know that if he saw me now, if we never got separated, he'd be so proud of me. How far I've come with my own music, my German classes that I decided to take in his honor, my sleepiness getting better. To those other teens with partners that you think are gonna be with you for the rest of your life, cherish them. Please tell those you love that you love them. You never know when they can be ripped out of your life. Make good memories, take all the pictures and videos and voice notes you can.
