Wait what. The high note in IJWD is NOT a whistle . It is a head-voice note Whistles are MUCH higher, softer, and more airy/flute sounding. Head notes are fuller , more enforced sounding. And yeh, as a singer I can understand the difference in pressure of attempting difficult notes in front of an audience as compared to a more comfortable place like at home or your own studio. She would've probably hit it, but she wasn't willing to xD

she does a note in IJWD practice acoustic videos that sounds like whistle as in really sounds like whsitle (not sure if it is or not) its different than in IJWD normal version, you can search for her acoustic IJWD practice videos.

yea her voice suit songs like this,sometimes not that a certain person can't sing,it is just because that person haven't found a genre that suit their voice and vocals,finding the genre of ur voice is very important because it is unique,u can't just expect to sing the same songs like other singer,don't get discourage,Tiffany is a great example here,good music isn't just limited to a certain singing style,if you can hit high notes,it doesn't mean you are good,you can simply just "hit high notes" if you guys knw what am i trying to say
