Uzumaki Naruto please, do your research and understand this situation.. People seem to ignore many problematic idols, but they still bash on mamamoo who apologized immidiately and then also personally at their concert. They wanted to impersonate the artists better, they didn't know it meant doing blackface which is offensive. It was never their intention, they'd never hurt their fans. They even have some artists who are black as their role models and they respect them. They were not familiar at that time what blackface meant - I'm from Europe and I honestly didn't know either until I found out through this. My point is - they made a mistake, they apologized, and it's time to move on. Please, enjoy their music and everything if you like to, there's no reason to bring this issue back now, I hope you understand. They are really sweet and talented girls :)

@@HunterNxceda The basically made a video to the song uptown funk where they painted their skin dark. They then deleted the video and remade one where they dressed up as popular characters and people were coming at them for dressing as one Korean character just because his skin was slightly tan. I personally dont think there us a problem in dressing as the korean character. However the blackface was unacceptable. They did apologise and said that they were going to educate themselves.

Uzumaki Naruto Until a couple of months i didn't know the meaning of the N* word or blackface and i'm from Europe. I asked by black friends if they knew the meaning of this and they said they didn't,i'm sorry for telling you this but this isn't a thing that everyone knows.
