It's called dancing with positions since there a lot of members and SNSD is also a vocal/dance group their dances are meant for the members to switch places. Mostly every kpop dance is like this though and the moves aren't that much and hard, but the moving to another positions makes it seem like that and it's more hard to remember the positions than the moves tbh
