The Bible Genesis to Revelation clearly shows worship to God is by kumbideel (namaskaram, fall down and worship).Mtw 4:9 shows Satan requesting Christ to fall down and worship.We should teach our children to perform the great kauma prayer "Pithavinum puthranum prisudharuhaykum sthudi -----" in standing position and with kumbideel .I am 68 year old and found that kumbideel is good for our health also.I go for Sandyanamaskaram every day 05:30 to 06:15 PM to St.Thomas Cathedral at Kadampanad where 15 kumbideel is performed.

Go back fast.In childhood I used to go to Orthodox Church.Later,I went to Catholic churches because of education outside kerala.I have no complaints with Catholic or anyone else.After studying history and listening to prayers,I can state for sure,there is no tradition,prayers or devotional songs greater than Orthodox.Tradition right from St.Thomas.🙏🙏👍👍👍👍👍
