@Marion Simpson I am still blown away by the chutzpah of the complainers, Marion! Back when Julie was doing her amazing acrylic pours, they'd complain about too many of this effect, or that. When she segued into resin (I was thrilled!), the same whiners came out. Now, they're whining about some technique or other being done too frequently! NOTHING suits them! They must think Julie makes these videos *_just for them_* rather than for her OWN enjoyment & for our own viewing pleasure. Ugh...climbing off my Soapbox against The Entitled.

May I suggest you look up images of the "Pink Diamond Angelfish" and "Veil Tail Angelfish". I believe both of these will give you great TLP colors to use in your mold. Pay special attention to the subtle color of the fins, I think that you might want to try a color shift/hallographic mixture of ivory and grey/silver for both fish's fins. Enjoy! 🐠

I think what you've said about not watching if you don't want to is absolutely fair and the right way to look at it. You do this as a hobby, you don't paywall your content, you are an absolute treasure to the resin community. I enjoy watching your videos to see what you get up to, obviously I like some projects more than others, but YOU are the element of the channel that made me subscribe. You have a wonderful personality and attitude, which makes your videos a joy to watch. It isn't really about what you're doing; it's that YOU are lovely :) Keep doing what you're doing and at the end of the day, you have access to your metrics and if any of that bothers you, you know what content to put out there to please the majority - but you will never please /everyone/. BEAUTIFUL! It looks like an Altum Angelfish, Pterophyllum Scalare var. ❤ There are sooo many colorful varieties of Angelfish. You can really have fun with your micas and make so many colorful varieties! I think this can be your fall back mold when you want to have fun with resins and not have any pressure because they will always be fabulous! 😊❤🎉💃

i am not a crafty person but love watching you do your hobby so does my sister. as for the puffy hearts you could make a mold that makes 12 or more hearts and do the same thing you did with the pyramid mold , but instead of layering up colours you make the hearts.

The black resin may have filled the eye, but so would any floating mica powder that decided to drift in. It may seem like a hindsight is 20x20, but you likely made the right choice for that fully black eye you wanted; no need to berate yourself over it since it seems like your instincts were onto something. Gorgeous final result!

That is beauitful if I understand you are having winter I’m from USA tnn and we are just now having summer and because of you I do pouring art water color and Ofcoruse molds ,,some mosaic, and making coasters ,my husband passed way it will be three yrs in July, you are the one that got me started thank you I love it God bless you and you have a beautiful place do you still have your babies ,if you didn’t live so far away I would love to had one of your puppy’s ,,in April I had to put my dog down I hope I never have to do that again it was hard ,well have a great winter stay safe bless you
