Nice machine. Number one issue you did not mention before you started forming anything was the safety. Light curtains ?

Only works right if the operator is allowed to write the programs and 3d projections!

Probably a good machine, im using a Trumpf Trubend 5320 and it seems to be a better machine all over.. But i guess the price is quite different aswell..

I work with and have worked with strictly Amada press brakes some ATC some MTC. I have to say I like the console graphics on this Cincinnati vs Amada. We run 3i programs on our Amada PB's and the one thing I've become disenchanted with is the amount of adjustments I have to make to dimension specific programs. I don't have many years under my belt only 5. But I definitely feel when a prgm is set for a particular angle and flange length ( bend deductions, material thickness & tooling all correct ) and I still have to dial it in upto 8° +/- and .030 to .050 on initial flange length something is not right with the programming or machine. I mean hell, I personally think our head programmer is a fucking idiot especially when he tells us to run dies 12-15X material thickness and he says it completely normal, but hey I'm just a lowly operator....🤔😕
