How do the paper cups work oout for you? I never bought them figuring that the bottoms would fall out if you left the mix in them for a couple days...(like I do) Have you left the mixed paints in them before? If you did, how did the cups hold up?

As a novice at this style of painting, I was wondering if you were having the issues you had because you left space at the top of your flip cup. Because, I thought if you left space there your paints mix more. Am I incorect in this thought? Please let me know. I also love the colors you picked, beautiful palet.
@WaterfallAcrylics5 жыл бұрын
It’s a common misconception that paints don’t mix if the cup is full. Liquid moves as soon as you move it. It might mix a little more if not full but it’s the amount of motion and not necessarily the amount of fluid. Hope that makes sense! Think of it like this: when you buy a gallon of paint and they put it in the machine to stir it for you-it mixes when the can is full.

I am thinking about taking Shellee Cruthers course even though it’s kinda pricy for me but before I do I was hoping someone could tell me how come all the people that I see on KZbin that have taken it give it good reviews but don’t really make very many paintings like hers. Like I know they use it to enhance their own style but it sorta makes me curious why everyone is paying that much money and then not really using it. I’m not trying to be negative but I’m just trying to decide if it’s worth it for me. I do love her art !!
@WaterfallAcrylics5 жыл бұрын
Hi Cindi! I think most of us are just being respectful to her and not filming the process. There are tons of folks making the art though! If you go to Instagram and look for #sheleeartstyle you’ll see all the amazing paintings!
