This was a great conversation. I am going to heartily disagree with Megan on one point. I have been an elementary teacher/librarian for 27 years and we definitely count audiobooks as reading. So I bristled a bit when she was teasing that they don't count as reading. Students (and people) read with their eyes, ears, and as the host countered, sometimes with their fingertips.

BTW you can 'bookmark' a spot in an audio book, if you are listening through an app. Not sure if it would work if it's a CD or something.
