Hah, every time I see a BCG video and I have most of the mods in it I feel like I'm doing something right! Gonna grab that Meridia's Order and shove it straight into my modlist though, hadn't seen it before. As for NPCs react to Frenzy, as per JaySerpa the new voice lines should happen even if the friendly fire isn't triggered by Frenzy. Haven't tried it yet but I usually play Imperial with the Mannaz overhaul that lets them bribe enemies to temporarily switch sides and it's gonna be pretty immersive hearing them yell about betrayal if that can trigger it too lol.

Only nitpick I have with some follower mods is when they are intended for a “fresh” playthrough but really out of the way. Like far off from riverwood or whiterun. Just cause it can get tedious to go fetch them. I likely just got spoiled by fallout new vegas with Doc mitchels house / mod emporium and warehouse where it became a dumping ground for so many Modders to place stuff.

It's good to see you back Bard. Did you have a good Christmas and New Year? I only just got my Skyrim back to working order after the update again so this is good timing to expand my mod library Some good mods to kick things off Those glowing books will make a good addition to the glowing potions you covered recently so that getting downloaded first. Some really good immersion mods with the bow, Frenzy spells and guard lines also, very nice touch. I loved the Winterhold mod, I've always wondered how the ancient city looked before the collapse and that looks like an excellent representation. Children of the hist looks so well done that it honestly deserves endorsements. And the Atmoran skeletons are insane. I never thought about stuff like that being in the Desert like that. But i do have to wonder how those Skeletons survived for so long out in the wild. Erosion as well as wild animals like Wolves, trolls and bears would have surely broken them all down unless those bones are practically Steel. But come to think of it all, shouldn't the ancient Nordic Armours and weapons be super rusted? The Draugr don't seem the type to take care of their armour and blades after all. I think we have to go mod searching. It's be nice if those rusted weapons have a high chance of giving you diseases like Rockjoint when they hit you with them due to the age and rust and ancient dust Thanks for the video bard, It's exactly what I needed to see today and thanks for continuing to pour out content with such passion. It is much appreciated and it's great to have you back. Feels like seeing an old friend from forever ago again. Have a great week!!

I love all the "NPCs react to" mods that are out there. I want to install them all, and I don't even plan on doing half the interactions that are getting new support. It's just good knowing tat they *can* react a certain way, that they couldn't before. At some point, I'd like to see a mod where those snobby rich NPCs can acknowledge that you have more gold, and own more properties than they could ever dream of. I'm not holding my breath that TES:VI is going to usher in the 'next generation' of NPCs, but that's been a secret hope of mine. There's an interesting proof of concept mods that make it possible ro talk to NPCs with your voice, and via some hand-waving magic involving Voice-to-Text, Chat GPT, and Text-to-Speech, they'll respond to you in unique ways. We're probably still a couple of generations of GPUs away from such a thing being able to run practically in consumer entertainment, but...I can dream for now.

what are you using to make your skyrim look like that visually?

Very nice thank you! About custom voiced followers, I recently realized that there are very few good quality Nord custom voiced followers. I was looking for some for RP Stormcloak character. Do you know any I might have missed?

Thanks for watching! You're actually right - can't think of any Nord followers.

What mod are you using to replace guard armor? Guards Armor Replacer is usually my goto mod for unique armors for hold guards. However I like the mesh/texture colors of your mod more.

Sons of Skyrim - or Sentinel which also adds the armors!

I've only recently gotten into modding on Skyrim, but I'm a bit limited in what I'm able to do. Most graphic mods break my game or make it look awful, I can't find most quest mods or new area mods, custom character makers crash the game on startup, and nexus mods keeps giving me this massive list of required mods to even do any of the mods like the ones you've shown here. What do I do?
@BardsCollegeGraduate9 ай бұрын
Skyrim modding does have a learning curve - if I was to start from zero with no experience, I would probably start here: thephoenixflavour.com/skyrim-se/sme/introduction/ Good luck!! Don't get discouraged, after you get the hang of it, it'll be so rewarding and fun.

@@BardsCollegeGraduate Thank you! I did try some of the mods in this video. My favorite is the Winterhold one. :)

Hey, I’ve taken a look at your mod list and noticed you have both spaghettis aio & jks Skyrim aio. Wanted to ask how’s that working out for you ? Any issues ?
@BardsCollegeGraduate10 ай бұрын
Oh - that is a mistake! I use JK's, and to my knowledge, there isn't a patch to make them work together.

No Dyndolod means pop in so mention it. Unless you like pop in for all those things in the landscape.
@BardsCollegeGraduate9 ай бұрын
I frequently spread awareness of Dyndolod on my channel and explain what it does, and for shorter showcases like this I don't think it's needed as my regular viewers have heard of it many times by now. But thank you for the feedback - in the future I might just remind of it more :)
