I have been meaning to try this Roast Goose Noodles for the longest time and finally I get the opportunity to try it! It was honestly so good and if you do go, I really recommend paying a little extra to get the roast goose leg. Went to Sky100 to check out the views and then hit up yum cha and one of my go-to dessert shops for some tofu pudding and sesame glutinous rice balls!

I really love how you hang out with your parents, they are cute. I am really old so I lost my dad a few years ago and my mom is really sick. We had some good times when I was your age kinda like this. That's really cool. My wife is Japanese (I am a white guy) and she lives in America and she and her family talk like once every 3 months. Your fam seems a lot like my American fam. Just an observation. Loved the video as always Janice, you are really cool!

The roast goose soup looked so delicious! I sympathize with you in your fight to grab the noodles, I have the same problem when I try to grab the last noodles from the bottom of a bowl of pho! I love ginger tofu pudding, one of my favorite dishes. Strangely, I ate it more often in the morning at Dim Sum, or maybe it's a different dish.

@@JaniceFung The tofu is just like regular soft tofu but they add a sweet gingery flavored syrup on top. It's not orange like the one in your video, it's yellowish, maybe like the color of ginger juice. It's very delicious. It is really possible that it is a desert and I never figured it out!

Do you guys have proper HK style wonton noodles in Sydney? I mean the ones with extra fine noodles, yellow chives, and seafood broth? Because I can't get it in Perth, even when I go to supposedly HK style restaurants. What we get here is fairly eggy noodles in a chicken broth, and the wontons contain much more pork than prawns. For that reason, it's a dish that I can never order with any confidence that it'll be any good.
