The Ultimate Edition will be available three days early on Ubisoft+ for Xbox/PC/GFN but I don't see any confirmation about it being on Game Pass on release. I highly doubt that will happen unless Xbox writes a huge check for it ahead of release (especially since it is one of their most anticipated upcoming titles even it that doesn't mean all that much with it being Ubisoft afterall)
