I like contracts, and I thought I was on point, but these videos have cleared up so many misconceptions that I had (tiny little details that would have tripped me up on the final). It means that the guys in common law countries will be swimming in a swamp of exclusions from certainty and predictability, whereas in civil law countries, we enjoy the beauty of goodfaith (at least in substantial law) :)
