Nothing can escape the hands of time, this is one of the #facts that cannot be disputed. Whether it will drag around doing something boring or fly by quickly while we are having fun, our daily life is closely tied to the clock and #time. However, why are the seconds 60 and not 100, for example, and how can a bucket of water tell the time. Today on #theclashers we're going to talk about exactly that and you'll find out some really #educational and #science stuff about the effects of weather.
At the dawn of humanity, people divided time into day and night. There were no hours or seconds, and one of the oldest calendars discovered was lunar and over 30,000 years old. The first people to divide the day into smaller parts for more accurate counting were Babylonians and Egyptians. However, an hour was still a long period of time, what could be done for greater accuracy? Hipparchus and other ancient Greek astronomers referred to the Babylonians, who calculated everything on the hexadecimal system and thus chose 1 hour to be divided into 60 equal parts. Again, why not 10 or 100, how about 60? It turns out that 60 is the smallest number that is divisible by the first 6 digits without a remainder, like 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30. I hope today's video 18 Facts about the POWER OF TIME that will TURN YOUR VIEW ON for him to be interesting to you. Grab some #food or just order takeout, sit down with the #family and enjoy it. These #facts are a little different than the series you know because we dig deeper into each one.
Whatever clocks we invent, they will show the benchmark here on earth. Einstein proves that time is actually relative. For example, if you are moving at high speed through space, it will flow more slowly for you. #gravity also has an effect. The stronger it is, the slower time passes. For example: Time runs faster on Mount Everest, and in about 4.5 billion years it would be about a day and a half older than the surface of the earth. Most people won't notice this second, but it really has ramifications for #technology. For computers, a day is exactly 86,400 seconds. You can get together with #friends and watch this video because there is a lot of #diversity in it, I hope you find it interesting.
