@WinGate Mose Thank you for caring (and your work!) I often think those who ridicule others have their own "secrets". My twin brother was "such" (I am female so fraternal) and he was often beaten, tortured and attacked for being so There is indeed a "third sex" (hormonal influences starting with the embryo - all start out, as you might know as female, hormone this and that creates males or females - (and many variations in between - any advanced book in biolodgy would show this). The brain is one of the last aspects to be so influenced. I have the body of x but the mind of y. In other societies they are called "third sex" - and have valuable roles to play - Shamons, mystics so on. Even Plato and other historical figures of prominonce spoke of this. I recall speaking with those in my NYC "scholarship program" AIDS Education and Research (LONG ago) who thought "it was G O D s punishment". AIDS had just broken out at the time and it was a ghastly way to die (with all of the various disease states once the immune system has collasped) not to mention the stigma at the time. (I took care of a young man age 23 - the sweetest person). I told the other members of the group "be careful, it will hit your communities soon"... and it did. In Africa now, currently it is rampant within the straight community. It knows no boundaries.

Nope. Clarkie enjoyed many night time assignations with Billy Haines. Billy confided in George Cukor, (also a part of the closeted gay community in the movie biz back then.) Gable was embarrassed when word got around and had Cukor fired from "Gone With The Wind." Strange, isn't it, that Gable's first 3 wives were much older than him, fat and unattractive, but wealthy & well connected with the movers & shakers in Hollywood, back in the day. Very utilitarian relationships! Carole Lombard made snide remarks about Gable not being "hot in the cot." Sounds to me like "the king" of Hollywood was not the authentic male everyone thought he was. His last wife was Kay Spreckles, heiress to the Spreckles sugar fortune.

@@Gloria-ro4vn The claim that he and Hepburn were gay is based on an unsupported memoir by a guy named Scotty Bowers. He was a player in the Hollywood party scene and sexual underground in the fifties and sixties. He was a well known figure and liked to tell stories of his adventures as a hustler and procurer as well as gossip about movie industry celebrities. He didn't go public with his tales until long after the people he spoke about were dead, so we'll likely never know exactly how much was fact and how much fiction. The main problem with the Tracy-Hepburn tale is that in order to believe it, you'd have to believe that Hepburn not only lied about their relationship while Tracy was alive but kept it up for decades after his death. Long after it had ceased to serve any purpose whatever. She died in 2003. This hardly seems likely, given what's known about her disregard for convention and her reputation for frankness.

"Hurtful to others" as you state is not grounds for slander regardless of another's relationship to a deceased individual if they are not implicated by NAME in the slanderous act! And to the best of my recollection only deceased persons involved in the acts were mentioned by NAME in the video. Concerning your insinuation of it being wrong...YOU ARE WRONG in the legal sense! Unethical, atrocious, disgusting, perhaps...but still legal. And please note...I have not once stated that I agreed with nor supported such actions. I only am being as objective as possible in the legal realm. The fact that you and I may not approve of something or other does not make it WRONG...we merely object. In such a case we would be rendering an 'opinion'. Have A Nice Day...Molon Labe...Semper Fi

@@OldPirate1718 That is the first time I have heard of Vincent Price being gay. Are they just picking names out of a hat.

lol, the people who love them want their true nature disclosed. Why should their memory be a lie because homophobes still exist?

My mouth was open on all of these actors . I had no idea that these leading men /actors were gay. I knew of Rock Hudson but all the others ! I'm truly shocked. Oh if my Mom were alive she'd have so much to say.

Clark Gable's "love of his life" was Carole Lombard, his 3rd wife. Clark died in the late 1950's, not the 1960's, at age 59 due to his excessive life of heavy smoking and a lot of alcohol abuse. There was always a rumor that in the 1920's, he allowed a gay agent to have his way with him to get a part as an extra in a movie. His real career started in 1931 when MGM gave him a contract, audiences couldn't take their eyes off of him and he became a full fledged leading man within two years and won an Oscar.

Grant and Scott were not lovers. They shared a house together when both were going through a divorce. They posed for those photos ( see Hollywood Babylon) as a joke. If people wanted to believe such gossip they would have fun with it. They were both completely straight.
