Again repeating if we want to see the developed HP then we need the leaders not the politicians. Politics has made HP as debt ridden. Let's think about it.

Parhania ji, these properties should be leased out immediately to double the revenue of HPTDC. HP has huge potential to grow. Lease out immediately to private players for the benefits of state for employment generation, revenue generation, and promoting the tourism at World level. Entire economy of HP can be changed and made profitable. However, you need to keep the politics aside and think from the tourism point of view. If these are leased out local vendors, suppliers localaties and many others will be benefited. The tourism will flourish accross all districts of HP and young youth will get employment. In hotels not only one or two department work, there are Front office, F&B service, production, engineering, HR, Finance, purchase, housekeeping. We need leaders not the politicians in HP. We must think about it.
