Do you take topic suggestions for future videos? If so, I wanted to propose a topic. In one of your videos, you mentioned how most students you encountered either excelled at story structure or prose, and depending on where you fell, you knew what weakness you had to work on. Could you apply that kind of awareness or insight to what you learn after you publish a book? You've mentioned that just the process of completing a book teaches you a lot. Since you've completed so many books, can you share how you've looked back and tried to learn back from each one? And what exactly you've leaned? In other words, can you offer tips on how you can best reflect on each milestone you have as a writer (book 1, book 2, book 3, etc) and make sure you're growing and evolving with each new book? I always love your insights. You often take a very commonly discussed topics and add a perspective that's fresh and immensely helpful, so I'm hoping you can share your thoughts on how your completed work itself has the potential to teach you how to better yourself and your future work. Thanks! :)

How influential are film/TV soundtracks for you when you write? for me a certain soundtrack can inspire a lot from characters to worlds and again for me when I write I have a certain soundtrack in the background so when I write I can be influenced. Is that something that you do?

My question to you is how I feel about my book I always feel like time is running out for me, how do you deal with time? Do you care how long it takes for a book to be published or are you like me and cant stand the waiting around for people to say yes to your idea even though its not up to them to decide your stupid future because they might not like it. But you stress out over time, so do you freak out over time and what do you do to not freak out about time.

What was the difference between you and the other people who entered these writing competitions? what made your work more noticeable? :)

I think only the judges can really answer that... but I suspect that my screenplays had a literary quality that appealed!

Hmmm Literary Quality in a screenplay. That's not the typical movie, now is it. :) Thank you :)

Despite everything you know of the realities of being an author under contract, you still seem keen to be traditionally published. Why continue on this path now that you're on the verge of making a good living as a free-as-a-bird indie?
