But mam according to income tax rule we can claim only upto 15000 per year for medical reimbursement. and in the qustion it is 50000 then the remaining 35000 is taxable mam . How it become exempt fully ? Please reply otherwise it will confuse me

As the assessee is a government employ assuming that he has used recognized hospital. All government employees if they are using recognized hospitals it is totally exempted, only if they use pvt hospital then exempted for 15,000.
