How to decide size of guide vanes ? At what radius guide vanes should be placed from centre of arc ?

I did like you but the simulation did not run it said ((Multiple boundary condition assignments for the following entities: face32@Flow region)) but I defined all boundary conditions the V-inlets and v-outlet the pressure but the simulation did not run I tried several times but I could not run this simulation spent around 1 week but nothing happend .
