New brake shoes new brake drums best way to go i have seen too many broken brake drums even on coaches.

Yeah I will put new drums on very soon. Those ones are fine for now, just need the bank balance to recover a bit then I’ll get new drums.

Yep that’s pretty much it. Haven’t worked as a mechanic since I finished my apprenticeship many years ago.
