for legs, landmine is a great tool ... and sissy bench too. great and affordable for home gym

What would be the optimal way to get into the hack squat position with that much weight if you are training solo? Thank you in advance!!

just do more reps at lower weight. you should be doing higher reps for lower body anyways

I think most of these exercises are good if a landmine is the only equipment you have…otherwise a gym has specific machines, squat/hack racks and dumbbells just for that.
