FABULOUS!! I was brought up with the Corries and their music brings back many happy memories, especially of my Auntie and Uncle, who were huge fans.

Heard Makem & Spain Bros. do this at Pgh. Irish Festival in 2011. This is also a great version! Thanks for posting.

Think this one slipped under the Mary Whitehouse radar! My innocent teenage ears were well truly sullied by that one - all those drones and bags amd chanters before the watershed - I thought it ws great! Also they included other musicians ont those shows - I remember a really great dulcimer player on one of them. Anyone have any of those vids?

With the audience in mind, Roy Williamson affected to think so too!

It was filmed in a TV studio set up like a club. I believe they had a pre selected audience.

Roy Williamson needed a nose job. But having one might have affected his singing.

It's not like he was some mutated freak or anything, he didn't "need" rhinoplasty. People don't need cosmetic surgery.
