I think the gravity and wind introduced load come out from fluid dynamic calculation and they are pretty steady. The turbulence, described by a turbulence matrix play an role to increase the cycle significantly. A bode plot shall be able to describe the frequency response of a blade from external excitation in fluid or potential flow. but we still need to know how the turbulence matrix change the steady flow and the effect on wind blade or simplify this effect in another way in order to get the load varis in respect of time.

On that note in stocks what does a wind tubine look like on wall street ? If i was looking at the screens for the stocks is it the stock thats the turbine or the wind?

Is the turbine the currency that flips money in the wind? For washing? Like a laundry detergent? Or just a way to lawn dry money which causes drought?
