Rick said he figured out about Shane and Lori pretty quickly I think it was during Season 1 Episode 5 when Rick was coming out of the RV and overheard them talking The look on Rick’s face seemed to me to be realization of something Let me know what everyone else thinks.

None of the characters handled the Beth situation well at all from Maggie just blaming Beth and then Andrea just leaving her alone. Like yes, Andrea had points with the make room for pain and it does come to the individual to want the decision to live. But you do not leave someone like that alone, you need to help them by actually being there for them and supporting them. Doesn't help she's 17 and in emotional distress. And then the writers forgetting Andrea had a sister and probably would not do this to Beth and Maggie. Personally people who have been in such a low point before want to actually help someone else who's experiencing that. It's a bit annoying watching the characters all make valid points but then make some outrageous points all of a sudden to give them flaws haha it's weird

I don’t like Andrea or Lori for different reasons. But I will never be okay with Lori trying to shame Andrea for wanting to do more than domestic work. Domestic work is important, especially during this time. I also get that not everyone is good at everything. But as a woman I want to be able to defend myself and my group as well. Lori should be learning to take care of herself and Carl in the event she can no longer depend on Rick (or Shane or any other man for that matter.) I like to be prepared when I can. That being said Andrea was off with being glib about Beth’s feelings. As you mentioned, she had a sister and the lack of empathy is kind of off-putting.

To be fair to the other woman, rotate the assignments. All the women know how to shoot. Andrea is being a self centered bitch from the beginning. Give me a gun, give me a gun...... that's all she thinks about, not helping others. Now Lauri is a bad mother and goes back and forth with Rick and Shane.

Lori shaming Andrea for not doing the women’s job is the thing I can’t stand her most for! I know they’ve established Lori was a housewife and Andrea was a lawyer I think, so I know they’re from different viewpoints, but Lori doing this, after the whispering in Rick’s ear last ep was the final straw for me.

I think the two dead security men are a reflection of Shane and Rick. They show what Shane and Rick were once Policemen and friends Now they are neither the one nor the other The Walkers stand for death The death of the friendship and the death of police officers Shane and Rick Maybe also for the death of law order and justice.

Hot take: Andrea and Lori were both right. Lori is truly trying to build a life worth living, and Andrea truly is protecting the camp. Lori doesn’t take things for granted, and Andrea doesn’t just sit on the RV tanning. More importantly, they were both right about Beth. Unfortunately when you’re suicidal it takes a self-revelation to snap out of it. Usually failing the attempt (meaning you realizing you don’t really want to die). And Lori is right in that they shouldn’t just hand her a way to kill herself. She’s just a kid here. And that is something that Andrea failed to realize. She also fails to realize she’d currently be dead if Dale hadn’t pulled his shit. So…although I can usually give Lori and Andrea the benefit of the doubt (they’re not my favorite characters by any means but I did like them both, every character has likeable and dislikable moments) I can’t stand either of them in the confrontational scene.

Getting infected has always been loosely addressed I would certainly think if you have any kind of open wound and Walker blood gets on you it would be Game over but they aren’t always consistent with that Sometimes they make you scratch your head with certain things It’s just how it goes.

The Lori hate really gets to me. So much so, I have to take a break from watching your reactions. She's not my fav character, but the intensity of hate within the comments seems to have influenced your reaction. Each to their own, but dam it's getting intensely venomous. She might've gone after Rick out of guilt; after all she didn't check on him when Shane told her he was dead and we know what happened there. It's confusing to me how ppl can't understand why she and Shane would turn to one another in this situation. Clearly Rick gets it. Also, Rick sent a stranger (Maggie) to get her when Carl was shot. So lacking psychic abilities how was she to know Shane was lying about Rick being back, yeah? Her head has difficulty interpreting her heart. I'd like to think I'd be above some of what she does but that is doubtful. Sanctimony sucks. Just somethings to think about. "Civilian" by Wye Oak at the end of this epi, imo, puts Shane's and/or Rick's lawmen ways into question.

You’re missing why she gets hate. We’ve said it 1000 times. It has NEVER been because of her and Shane’s relationship. It’s about her self serving attitude and decisions to keep dangling the carrot in front of Shane’s face. Every time he starts to cool off she reignites the fire in him by giving him some hope that she still wants him. We have literally never said we blamed her for hooking up with Shane. Actually to the contrary I’ve always said “you can’t be mad about that”. It’s all the other things she does that pisses us off. Maybe pay attention a little more to the substance of what we’re saying are the reasons we hate her instead of making up your own reasons. Something to think about ✌🏻✌🏻

Hey, thanks for the response! I really enjoy watching your reactions and should have said as much in first post. Matter-of-fact I've never commented on a reaction channel until now. Usually I just unsubscribe during the Lori bashing not this time, tho. Just going to take a wee self-serving break. You're right, you have never given Lori a hard time about the hookup. Apologies for implying such. Others do tho. My point was about abandoning that attitude in favor of hating on her. She is never flirtatious with him, but I see how trying to keep him in the fold would send the wrong message. However it's understandable to me not wanting to lose a friend, ally or someone my child loves. Even if the friendship line was crossed. It's not like she's hanging on his, er, male appendage. If I didn't like ya'll I wouldn't have commented. ✌ 😀

I am Andrea Side on this, Beth needs to find a way to live, after she cuts her self she said sorry, like what Lori said Lori: Beth has made her choice. She wants to live and now she knows it. And sometimes you have to cross the line, after this episode, Andrea and Lori became my two favorite women characters on the show
