$5900 per square foot, this is crazy asking price. Should try selling in Hongkong instead, maybe still got chance to close any deal. The asking psf is way way over the usual $3500 to $4000 psf asking price for orchard residential properties. Should do more homework beforehand.

Selling Singapore well you can also check out the past psf pricing based on the usual transactions in Sep and Oct last year. There is no transaction this year. Dun think your “historical high” has reached that high. Anyway, buyers don’t buy blindly and can check past transaction prices on URA website easily.

Selling Singapore anyway, it is a very beautiful property but, yes, but the asking price is unrealistic, it should have been priced closer to $11 to $12million, given the ABSD and current Covid-19 situation.
