Actually for the messy pile of notes, the bot fight has 2 rounds. For the first round, Hiro puts the messy pile. He lost and the other guy takes the messy pile. In the second round, Hiro puts a neat pile and the neat pile is not a mistake.

The no. 10 wasn't a mistake.. The first money which is messy that hiro put in the pot was already claimed by yama after their first bot fight.. The money that hiro claimed was the second bet for their second bot fight...
