So easy! Bottles I just decided one day to switch her to the NUK cup and she eventually got used to it. The paci, once she turned 1 I let her only have it for sleeping or during rough times. Then once she turned 2 I took it away and she was fine!

Microwaves destroy all the important nutrients. I'm surprised that nobody is checking up on this. I don't have a microwave and will never have. please do some research on this....

Not sure it is a good idea to microwave the milk bottle including the nipple. Imagine!! Silicone or plastic get melted into the milk
