The shortcut for nuclear site has been patched, you can no longer click or tap on the handgun, you have to stand on it to get it.

On the big freezer I have one more short cut it's hard but is a short cut

In the nuclear site room you can grab the handgun through the wall using shiftlock, that economies a lot of time

You can also do it without shiftlock

you can jump on the button, than get ice pot and climb the ladder which is the fastest way
