Underwater pendants made with UV Resin. These are simple to make and will be a perfect gift during the holiday season. Great for everyone - you can also attach them to a key chain for someone who doesn’t like to wear pendants.

you could buy a vacum to remove the bubbles and also finer sand since it would be more in line with the tiny miniature thing

Try mixing your dye into the resin before putting it into the bezel.

Water based ink will not mix into UV resin. You can also use chalk pastels to color your resin.

Very small amounts of water based inks work in uv, I've used all kinds of water based colourants with success, the key is how much you use. I always say, try everything!
