Video shows an 18-wheeler go off the road during heavy flooding in Shepherd and the high water led to about two dozen rescues. FOX 26's Randy Wallace has more from the Shepherd Community Center.

That’s odd I saw 6 strays outside a gas station actually 7 one dog was pregnant the whole gas station was full of people who ignored these dogs in Houston,Texas with no where to go, the dog pounds were full to capacity, it seems there’s a huge amount of dog dumping going on down there and no one willing to address it I’m in Mi and I have to donate to these Rescues because Texans won’t SHAME

Why wasn't the 18-wheeler shown in full screen? It's one of two main highlights of this story. Not the newsreader (sorry, don't know what they are called) in the red dress that's not news journalist appropriate. Night out at the club? Yes. Working at a tv station? No.
