The following description is from the game's manual.
Yungas road is a narrow mountain road also known as the Road Of Death. Driving too fast here may result in fatal consequences very quickly. A moment of recklessness or inattention may send you off a cliff or get you stranded in the rough terrain with a broken truck. There are places, sky high in the mountains, where only one vehicle can fit at a time. In combination with dense traffic it's certainly not a good place to be speeding at.
While facing the dangers of Yungas Road, you will climb up through the following progress ranks:
Tourist
Gringo
Fetcher
Camionero
Mountain Goat
Unshakable
God's Favorite
Camionero De Dios

You're right, and I see he's trying, he is not even bad, he doesn't speed, he doesn't crash. So he doesn't suck, I guess it's mostly his lines and the limitation of keyboard steering that I found weird.

try setting the graphics on high all on high and the resolution on high. when i started the game it was automatictly on low settings and it lagged horribly. so i set it all on high and it runs perfect. your pc might be 2 good 2 play it on medium/low settings

@wannabmx01 r u on a really old pc? it could be due to FPS lag which is user related by inferior pc. Or on the flip side if ur pc is too new it can happen.

Hey Man are you on expert? I guess not, cause when you are. that hill get's really slippery when you speed. I hate it when im coming down and im doing about 40mph aroud a wide but blind corner, and there's a tourist sitting there. and you cant brake either or you'll lose control and slide all over the place. plus the truck i have wich is a downloaded Japaneese Hino mod, it doesnt have JakeBrake's at the moment. I stil gotta get them installed

The steering wheel of the truck is on the wrong side. The direction of the highway is not compatible with the truck
