Nice House Plan. The most important thing is the clarity in design. You have beautifully explained all the important points of the design. I have gone through the most of the video of design of house of different sizes but I did not find a good video of designing of plot size 90x60 having road in three sides. Can you please post a good design of house according to vastu? I have a plot of size 90x62 ft having 3 sides road. East and West side of plot have 30 ft road and south side has 40 ft road. North side is covered with plot owned by other. I want to build house having 2 rooms on ground floor and 3 on first floor with attached lat bath. The ground floor should have atleast 50% open eco friendly area having Garden, Porch, Pool, Parking with plenty of greenery. Inside the home on ground floor there must be living area, drawing room, dining,pooja,kitchen and store. All four side should have been kept minimum 5ft gallery for cross ventilation of air, wash area, green area, common lat bath and other purpose. I hope that you will certainly post house design for such plot size as above information. Thanks in advance.😊
