Smaller is MUCH easier to maintain and clean than the 4,000 square foot homes. This is the size people 100 years ago would have thought of as being on the large size. Early Craftsman houses were similar to these roughly 800 sq.ft. homes.

This is lovely. A Couple of notes for future orders on this “plan”. Where they have their china cabinet, put the kitchen pantry, a 6 door cabinet matching the rest of the kitchen extended over to the rear door. Swap the “coat closet” and the laundry machines. The closet needs to be at the front door, the laundry needs to be out of sight. One last thing...pocket doors. A small home like this always benefits from pocket doors. Gives you a little more useable square footage 😁😁 Keep up they great vids Kerry!!!

Hi Cassandra, thanks for watching! The only reason I don’t is because I’m in Canada and a lot of the people who watch are in the states. In the past when I mention the price the conversation becomes focused on price instead of the homes. Our home prices are quite a bit higher and our currency is worth about 30% less than the USD so sometimes the prices are almost double what they are in the states and that shocks a lot of viewers. If you are ever interested in the price of a home on the channel you can always email me at kerrytarnow@shaw.ca and I’ll will happily share any info you want to know 😊
