18-year-old man indicted for 2023 triple homicide in Portland

An 18-year-old Portland man was indicted for six counts of first-degree murder, animal abuse, and other crimes related to a March 2023 triple homicide in the Portsmouth Neighborhood.
Law enforcement says the suspect Omar Mohammed Osman was indicted on March 10, 2024, for six counts of first-degree murder, four counts of second-degree murder, seven counts of unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, seven counts of recklessly endangering another person, and first-degree animal abuse.
