I have flown on the -700 a few times now from Adelaide to Sydney and it's quite subpar compared to the -800 offerings. Just standard Adelaide treatment though haha

2:14, It's quite rare to see that you flew the Boeing 737-700, the smaller plane like the Boeing 717 and CRJ. I didn't know Virgin Australia has the Boeing 737-700. When I flew to Sydney and Melbourne last May, I never seen Virgin Australia, Boeing 737-700, only the 800.

After they came out of Voluntary Administration/Bankruptcy, Virgin pivoted to Australia only on the more profitable capital city routes. Sold off their bigger planes to other airlines to save the business.

What’s going to be interesting is Turkish Airlines are coming to Australia Next Year reports say February or March They will fly from Brisbane Sydney,Melbourne,Perth to Istanbul Turkey Reports say some of the first flights will go VIA Singapore for a refuel and you can book the flights to Singapore as a single flight they will be on 787 Reports say after that they will be using A350-1000 and it will be a direct flight to Istanbul Reports say they will be codeshare with REX

Airline Alliance wise Virgin Australia should join SkyTeam Alliance like its parent Virgin Atlantic did this year. Outside of Australia are there operators of the same aeroplane that beats this service or not? In First Class section of the airplane you might get a drop-down screen like the old American Airlines version that I flew in 2004
