Such a beautiful and extremely detailed language. The problem for me is that English is unfortunately my first language, and we speak only with clear sounds using only the front of the mouth and the teeth which create very crisp and clear sounds. Russian is so difficult to pronounce words because you have to learn to use the nasal passage, throat, mouth (all parts) and who knows what else. Too many r rolling sounds and nasal sounds with the L and it sounds amazing, but an English speaker is used to only clear cut frontal mouth sounds with the emphasis on the teeth, not the throat and nasal passage, therefore, I'm having a very hard time with correct pronunciation. We aren't used to shoving so many millions of consonants together without enough clear sounding vowels in-between, kind of like Spanish. I really want to learn this amazing and beautiful language of Russian, however, I'm so frustrated with not being able to produce these muffled not clear sounds required to speak a Slavic language. I can speak English and Spanish, so I'm used to a lot of clear not muffled vowel sounds in-between the consonants a bit more. Not to insult, I love Russian, but my ears hear these sounds as being very unclear and not natural from a human mouth 😂. It sounds great to my ears listening to Russian, but it also sounds so muffled and not crisp and clear. I didn't need any help learning Spanish, it was very easy, but I will definitely need help from private lessons for this amazingly complex language.

This would be even more helpful if the example sentences were simple and relevant instead of “The Apple has no room to fall” and “Grapes are grown in large quantities...?” How about “the apple is red” or “I like grapes?” The new words are presented clearly, but to anyone who is learning, the context sentences are too advanced. Спасибо!
