Midbeans so correct about the three splits. It's a horrible change for anyone that is casual but still wanted to make some ranked progress throughout one season. Even for people that play a lot it's still a bad change. It gives the sense of climbing when in actuality most players will just hit their peak every split. It's a tactic to increase gaming addiction more than anything else.

Qiyana is pretty underpower because assassin's job is to one shot others, and if you can't, you die. Except Zed/Talon has kit that help them escape after a fail delete, if you can't delete others as Qiyana, you're just standing there waiting for their return combo, to win against Qiyana just pick any tanky/bruiser champ, guaranteed .
