I have hard evidence that Verizon.Wireless violated my user license agreement by verbal confirmation.2 tech coaches and one of the highest representatives at the time.Someone I don't even know who they are admitting.They violated my user license agreement.What should I do

This is probably a better question for a lawyer than us. As a consumer there are places like the BBB and FTC that you can ask for help
