Very interesting. It looks like the lock is quite old. Maybe the serration use to be more defined when new. After the years and a lot of use the serration wore off the pins. Just a thought. And the tapered edges also make it more difficult

It's at least 20 year s old lock and yes its posible 👍 tapered pins with micro serrations is a fantastic combination 👌

those micro serations are nothing more than a byproduct of cheap manufacturing
