Hey! I am having issues with the square items being updated on Commerce Manager. I tried to update them via feed upload but items did not upload. Any hints on how to update the changes I’ve made in Square to be reflected on the Catalogue in Commerce amanager?

@nicoletozzochiarello6601 Unfortunately the Square integration with Facebook doesn't work correctly at the moment, and even when it does the checkout on Facebook is a massive headache. My recommendation right now is to just use a Square Online site, and link to it from your posts.

Hi, how do you add items after that from your square? I am trying to figure out how you add the shop button to my instagram and Facebook. I made it as far as your video ended, but when I go to items it will not show me all my items from my square.

@user-vp2zo7jq3o you should be able to add the item in Square, then tell it what sales channels to display in. Or, add the item to Square, then go to Online Sales Channels and edit it's Facebook related attributes there. Some of my clients have been having issues with Square / Meta integration recently, I'm still figuring out what's wrong, but it seems that the integration has a bug.

Is there still a glitch with the Square and Facebook meta-integration? I’ve been trying for months to get fb meta to sync my store items properly from Square it just won’t sync it.

@bumpandfuzzies7928 Yes, unfortunately there's a number of glitches and issues with Square's Meta/Facebook/Instagram integration. I'm happy to help with specific issues if you schedule an on-demand remote support session through the website, otherwise it's just a matter of waiting for Square to fix the issues.

I’m trying to add a ‘Book Now’ button to my Facebook page and it keeps telling me I need permission from an admin .. when I created the page. Been doing this for weeks now no help from fb and no one else has the same issue

My shop was working fine on fb and instagram but about a month ago it stopped showing up. FB says I need metadata tags even though pixel is connected. May be do a video on how to do that? Thank you :)

When I go into the link to setup my business manager account from square dashboard, I get a message "we limit how often you can post in a given amount of time." I can not go anything further. Do I need to create a bussiness manger first and how do I do that.

@@appaloosatech Thanks for the video, still having problem with the connection. When I go through and select my business account then the next screen is blank. Its don't show any pages for me to connect on the connect Facebook page. Des this make sense.

That does make sense. Make sure that your Meta Business manager is setup correctly. If you have multiple, ensure that you have one that has all the resources connected properly, then remove any unused Meta Business manager accounts.

Anyone else having the issue where the inventory amount isn't syncing over? I have it filled out in square, fb shows 0 though.

@deedercakes There seems to be an issue with the Square / Meta integration, I'm working on finding a fix for it as some of my clients are suffering from it.
