I have received an invitation for a 189 visa. In my EOI, I listed my current job, but I didn’t claim any points for it as it’s only been six months. While I have payslips, bank statements, and a reference letter from my employer, no tax or superannuation payments have been made. Could the lack of tax and super contributions impact my 189 visa outcome? I am still pushing but in last to last case if my employer doesn’t make these payments?

Yes it will have an impact if paid on tfn. Super and tax are compulsory for Australian experience. Although, it doesn’t contribute towards points but you have a claim to justify.

No last date It is just for how long department conducts round You can submit your eoi throughout the year

@@hina-sq8bf Yes, I am sure. I don't know the procedure but I've seen consultants doing and suggesting it. If you are already in Australia then contact growmore immigration/ Krunal Nayak. Purchase his membership and he'll answer all your questions(he is a good consultant) and if you are Pakistan then there are many great options(consultants) in Lahore and Islamabad.
